truck parts Faver Dykes State Park - Florida

Faver Dykes State Park is located just south of St. Augustine about 2 miles off Interstate 95. It is a quiet natural area and maintained well. The bathrooms and showers were clean also. There are water and electric hook ups with a nearby dump station for $18 per night plus various taxes. The road from the park entrance to the campground is about a mile of quite rough sandy/silt road that is only passable at very slow speeds. Still, with a little patience, not all that difficult for our little T@B trailer. Unfortunately, it started to rain about 2 hours after we arrived and it rained off and on all day and that night so we didn't put our kayak in the water. We would still return here though as it is a very nice park with what looks like a nice place to kayak and find solitude.
